I was very sad to hear that Denise had passed away. We had met in Biron in January 1945 when she was 14 years old and I was 20 years old and a soldier in the 84th Infantry Division and we met again in 2009 and 2011. We were on TV in 2009 and I saw her several times while I was in LaRoche and it was such a great pleasure to see her after so many years.. My sincere condolences to all of her family, even though I never had the chance to meet any of them.
