Loving daughter of Cathleen and the late Bill McCUMISKEY,
Sadly missed by caring sister Helen and brother-in-law John,

Gail and Donna. Born on January 2nd, 1967 in Sligo (Ireland) and died on the 17th October 2012 in UCL Saint-Luc at the age of 45 years The religious ceremony will be celebrated in the church of Saint Anthony's on Thursday, October 25th, 2012.
Meet at the church at 9:45 am, for a service at 10 am, followed by a reception at the church hall (Oudstrijderslaan, 23-25 Kraainem).
Family and close friends will go on to the crematorium at Vilvoorde for a short service at 2:00 pm. No flowers - Donations can be made to Saint-Luc, palliative care, using the following account:
